MetroParks of Butler County continues to monitor emerging facts relative to changes and/or new orders issued by the Governor or our local County Health Commissioners as it relates to MetroParks facilities and programs. Effective immediately all MetroParks Nature and Educational programming is cancelled until further notice.

Break out your flashlight and get on the trails for Easter! Join us at Forest Run Wildlife Preserve for a "Trail Only" Flashlight Egg Hunt. Join us the following weekend for a "Field Only" Flashlight Egg Hunt at Elk Creek's Sebald Park. Bring your own flashlight and join in the fun! Egg cartons will be provided for collecting. Check-in opens at 8:30 p.m.
Registration required by 4/1/2020.
Program Times:
9:00 p.m.: 3 to 5-year-old hunt
9:15 p.m.: 6 to 8-year-old hunt
9:30 p.m.: 9 to 12-year-old hunt
9:45 p.m.: Family Hunt (if you have multiple aged children that want to participate together)
Participants will hunt for one dozen eggs only to exchange for a bag of goodies. Be sure to look out for the golden eggs to redeem for extra prizes!
