Title:
Creeking in the Parks - Forest Run MetroPark - Wildlife Preserve Area
Description:
Join MetroParks and partner, Butler Soil and Water Conservation District, every Thursday this summer from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. as we explore the creeks and waterways in the parks! The program will be held at a different park each week, so there are always new areas to explore! We will be looking for critters like: macroinvertebrates, fossils, fish, reptiles, and amphibians.

This week at Forest Run MetroPark – Wildlife Preserve Area, we will explore the Little Dry Run, a watershed of Indian Creek, and ultimately the Great Miami River, which flows into the Ohio River!

Closed-toed shoes are required for all creeking events.

FREE and open to all ages! Registration is requested so we know you are coming! Walk-ins are also welcome. For more information call (513) 867-5835.
