The deliciously evil Cruella de Vil, the owner of a fashion house, is obsessed with owning a Dalmatian-skin coat, so she has her henchmen abduct a whole bunch of unlucky pups as part of her plan to make her dream coat a reality, but a couple who both own Dalmatian puppies set out to put a stop to Cruella's diabolical plan.
