Join our women's community which seeks challenges, adventure and camaraderie in the outdoors. This three-week, hands-on series will give you the tools and confidence to begin backpacking. During session one, we'll talk through a typical gear list, the ten essentials, sleeping systems, what to wear and how to prepare physically and mentally for your backpacking trip. Participants will receive supply checklists and local suggestions for practice hikes and backpacking routes. This session will be held indoors.
