All observations in Butler County recorded in iNaturalist from April 25 - April 28 are automatically added to our local project, part of the larger global challenge.

Salute to Pioneers

Join the Pioneer Church Restoration Committee for the annual Salute to Pioneers! Brad Kramer, a registered surveyor and Director of Land Management in Preble County, will share how the first wave of settlers in western Butler County created plat maps and detailed field notes to serve as an inventory to inform potential settlers of the features, quality, and value of lands. A social hour will follow Kramer's presentation.
