This is to purchase a Daily Fishing Pass only. The lake at Voice of America is stocked annually and ready for fishing. MetroParks Fishing Passes are only needed at the Voice of America lake. A State of Ohio fishing license is required to fish at all other locations. If you are interested in purchasing an annual Fishing Pass, please visit the Voice of America Welcome Center during business hours. Children 5 years and younger can fish for free.

December 3 - Wreaths
How are wreaths used during different holidays? Everyone will find their artistic ability to decorate a wreath to take home. Enjoy making one to share with the farm animals, too.
December 10 - Soap
Do you know how soap was made in the 1800's? Let's make our own fun, safe soap bars to take home and share with friends and family.
December 17 - Tea Party
Do you know how to prepare, serve and drink tea? We are going to make our own tea bags and celebrate with a tea party inside the beautiful Augspurger House.
Little learners and their caregivers will discover nature and science topics together through hands-on experiences and outdoor time. You and your little learner are sure to have a wonderful time.

Adventure with a map! Participants get a detailed map to locate a series of control points shown on the map. Suitable for all ages, you may complete for the fastest time, or enjoy a leisurely hike using a map to explore the park. Each event offers six different courses of varying difficulty and length-there is one suitable for every adventurer. Free map and compass for beginners. How did early Ohioans stay occupied when it was much too cold to go outside? Walk through the Pioneer Village at Governor Bebb to experience a wintry evening from over 200 years ago. In this self-guided exploration, fires will be roaring in the cabins to help keep away the cold, and educators in historical dress will be on-site demonstrating traditional seasonal pastimes. Hot cider will be provided.

Join us for the 2nd annual MetroParks of Butler County Winter Hike Series! This weekly hiking event will highlight the beauty of Butler County in winter by exploring a different park each week. This week's hike will take place at Voice of America MetroPark. These guided hikes will average about 3 miles and end with a hot beverage and a bowl of soup. Vegetarian option available. $10/person/hike, children under 5 free
